RETURN & REFUND POLICY – UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
At UNBOX, we are committed to providing a rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy with the following terms:
- Store Credit Refund Only: We do not offer cash refunds. Any refund will be issued as store credit.
- Exchange Policy: You can exchange a product for another item, similar or not, provided the guidelines below are met:
- The product must have a factory or manufacturer’s defect or be the wrong item delivered.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of wear, and in the original packaging.
- The exchange must be requested within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Delivery Charges:
- A 20 AED delivery charge applies to each exchange.
- Exchanges are free if the item has a defect or if the wrong item was delivered.
- Worn Items: Items that have been worn cannot be exchanged or refunded.
