RETURN & REFUND POLICY – UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

At UNBOX, we are committed to providing a rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy with the following terms:

  • Store Credit Refund Only: We do not offer cash refunds. Any refund will be issued as store credit.
  • Exchange Policy: You can exchange a product for another item, similar or not, provided the guidelines below are met:
    1. The product must have a factory or manufacturer’s defect or be the wrong item delivered.
    2. The item must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of wear, and in the original packaging.
    3. The exchange must be requested within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • A 20 AED delivery charge applies to each exchange.
    • Exchanges are free if the item has a defect or if the wrong item was delivered.
  • Worn Items: Items that have been worn cannot be exchanged or refunded.
